Anna is just lovely. She was really friendly, early check-in was not a problem at all, and she had really helpful hints what to do and where to go. Our room was spacious, clean, and quite nice furnished. I really liked the big bathroom. Byron Bay was just perfect, we would have loved to stay longer.

I loved the quality of the rooms, they were kept in immaculate condition, it was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. There was also a beautiful little courtyard with lots of privacy. The cost of the room was so cheap and I would highly recommend Annas guesthouse to everyone.

If you were without a car, it was a bit far out of town and the beach. A car is virtually essential.. Breakifast not provided. This would be a normal exprectation in this class of accomodation.

I loved the everything about the place, the room/bathroom was very clean. Beautiful garden and location is perfect, close to town but far enough from street noice.

The enviroment was beautifil very relaxing - loved the 4 post bed and the simple asthetic. The Garden was so special like I was hidden away in an oasis of tranquility.

The fridge in the cupboard sounded quite loud; maybe the door acted as a sounding board?

Guests should be requested to park with consideration, our parking space was the allocated disabled space as we were allocated the disabled room - 2 other guest cars parked so badly we were unable to park in a space at all!

Spacious but sparsely furnished rooms with lovely garden outlook and nice seating area under outside verandah. Suburban quiet location with plenty of off street parking. A short drive to town centre and beaches. Good value stay with friendly hosts.
